adults at any age can trick-o-treat! if every adult trick o treated there theageofmiraclesbook – official candy tester t-shirt would be no one to give out candy. so it is great that some people stay home! if you want to trick o treat go ahead. pretend to be an 18-year-old or a bum no one will decline you candy people love halloween and to participate. much, much, better than if we were sedentary. i’ll be 67 in a few weeks and besides walking my dog daily (which really doesn’t count as exercise) i log a minimum of 170 cardio minutes a week but typically closer to 200 cardio minutes. i also strength train with weights to at least slow down the loss of muscle and do a yoga dvd a couple of times a week to keep the stiffness at bay. i take care of 2 1/2 acres of property-keeping it weed whacked and mowed. i maintain the house and keep it in working order. i’m self-sufficient and intend to stay that way for as long as i can and overall, i feel great. in contrast, my sister who is two years older than me does nothing that could be considered exercise. .
