what will happen to/for the people fired for refusing “the shot/s when pres. biden’s mandate is ruled unconstitutional? will they be awarded back pay and be reinstated to their “ previous job? nothing. 49 out of 50 states in the us have at-will retirement, largely thanks to republican efforts. that means that you can be fired for nearly any reason, or no reason at all. you can be fired for wearing a trump hat, a biden shirt, or green pants. or, yes, not being vaccinated. it has nothing to do with an osha mandate or whether such a mandate is constitutional (spoiler: it almost certainly is). so i suggest all you conservatives out there complaining about this realize that you made the bed you’re lying in, put on your big boy pants and be responsible adults by getting vaccinated. why is the biden/harris administration sending black haitian refugees back to where they came from, and keeping afghans and central/south americans? .
